2.Size glass cutting: the size of the glass sheet itself is very large, generally more than three meters long, more than two meters wide.Cutting can be regarded as the first step of glass processing. The staff will calculate how to cut the glass sheet according to the size on the customer's drawing.This calculate method must consider the size to be consumed by the glass edging.So there also generate tolerance.

3. Glass edge chamfering: freshly cut glass will be easily scratched, the glass edge will be very sharp, the customer will also require grinding edge, but grinding edge include foggy grind edge and polished grind edge, installed in the frame to foggy grind edge, so also can reduce the cost, customer need polished grind edge that have a higher request on appearance. After edge grinding is chamfering, there also has a specialized chamfering machine, through the chamfering machine can precise chamfer the requested R Angle of glass.

4.Tempering: there are physical tempering and chemical tempering, generally we talk about physical tempering, physical tempering is to heat the glass in the steel furnace to a certain degree, and then cool it, the hardness of the glass is strengthened after toughening.Customers will ask for glass toughening, so as to be safe.Tempered glass also called safe glass.

5.Silk-screen printing: some glass may need this process, because the customer wants to print some patterns, company logo, etc. on the glass. Silk screen printing include high temperature low temperature silk screen printing, high temperature silk screen printing will be in the first step of tempering. Screen room need to be more clean.So that the ink will not adulterate impurities and the effect of silk screen print will be better.

6.Cleaning, inspection and package: the glass need to pass the inspection by inspector, some with quality problem will be picked out, some will be thrown away, and some can be re-processed.Then good glass will stick films though machine film, and packaged by brown paper.
